Hi all,

• Parents and Spectators are required to pay entry fee.

The entry fee covers, ground hire, medals for mini age groups, face painters, bouncy castle etc etc. Please be ready to pay on entry!

Parking:
There is no allocated parking for Grand Final day, I would suggest leaving extra time for weekend traffic and parking.

Videoing of Matches:
All competitive matches (9s+) will be recorded by Spot on Video and available to purchase. People found filming during Grand Final games will be asked to stop recording.

Food, Drinks and Alcohol:
There will be a canteen and coffee machine operating all day on Saturday. ZERO alcohol is to be brought in or consumed inside the venue. Bag checks will be done on entry by security. If anyone is found to have alcohol this will be confiscated and at the discretion of the Junior League may be asked to leave the venue.

Crowd Behaviour:
A reminder that all players, officials and spectators are to abide by the NRL code of Conduct, failure to do so could result in action taken against the person in question and/or our club. Win, lose or draw we expect all Cubs spectators and players to be on their best behaviour.

Scoring (Competitive Grand Finals only):
Both teams are to provide a scorer as they have done all season. The Ground Manager will oversee this process. Printed score sheets will be provided on the day.

Spectator access:
No Spectators will be allowed inside the playing surfaces for ALL games. Parents and spectators must remain behind the perimeter fence. This is a direct order from council.

Looking forward to a great day.

Go Cubs Go!
