The Bunnings BBQ is going ahead, we just need a couple more volunteers for this Sunday.
Ideally, we need one more person to assist with set up 8-11am and two more for the last shift from 2-4pm.

Hi all,
We are urgently seeking some helpers to assist the Cubs with a fundraising BBQ at Bunnings Thornleigh this Sunday. The BBQ should generate about $1,000 for the club. This is a lot of money for our small club. If we don’t have volunteers, we will have to decline the offer.
Shifts requiring volunteers are:
11am-2pm
2pm-4pm
Can you please let me know before lunchtime today, if you are able to assist.
